RALF & CONNY PREUSS
Ralf has been involved at Perspektive 21 since 1990. He took over the senior leadership position with his wife Conny in May 2005, and together they have 5 children. His desire is that people would be transformed by the Word of God and God's presence and that people would receive hope and perspective for their lives. Ralf has a passion to coach and train people. He has a vision to see Christians, from different churches and across generations, work together and experience revival. Professionally, Ralf has a degree in Business IT and works as a manager for an international consulting company.
MATTIAS & SANDRA RENARD

Mattias is Belgian and studied remedial education. After his studies he went to the US, where he worked for a christian church, focusing on prayer, music and missions. There, he met his wife Sandra. After getting married they moved to Kansas City to receive further training in pastoral ministry, music and prayer. After a six-year journey abroad, the couple landed in Flensburg in 2013 and have been part of the leadership team at Perspektive 21 since 2014. Mattias and Sandra have 2 children and are passionate to experience God in their daily lives.

Our beliefs are based on the teachings of Scripture. We identify with the Apostles Creed, recognised by many christian denominations:
"I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, God's only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again; he ascended into heaven, he is seated at the right hand of the Father, and he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen."
